Talk to a GM
Use the round GM button in the bottom-right corner of the page. It isn't shown on the sign-in page or the GM pages, and in a Trade Chat on a phone it makes room for the Send button, so use the Need a GM? link at the top of the chat instead. Log in with Discord, then send a message about a Listing, a Trade or your account. A GM answers in the same chat, usually within a day. Mesoplox is run by one player as a hobby, so there is no guarantee of a reply time.
The button is also in the footer: choose Talk to a GM under Help.
Report a problem
Message a GM straight away if you run into any of these:
- a scam, or a Player who took Mesos or an Item and did not hold up their end
- Real-Money Trading: anyone asking for real money, gift cards or crypto instead of Mesos
- harassment, threats or spam in a Trade Chat or on a Listing
Say which Listing or Trade Chat it was and what happened. If a buyer and seller disagree about a sale, see the FAQ.
Trade safely
- Always check the trade window before you accept. Look at the Item, its stats and the Mesos.
- Meet in the Free Market. It is the in-game place built for trading.
- Mesos only. Anyone asking for real money is breaking the rules, so report them.
- Never give anyone your password. GMs will never ask for it.
